Terms & Conditions — Southrock Appliance Repair

Services Provided

We offer diagnostic and repair services for residential household appliances, including but not limited to:

  • Refrigerators
  • Ovens, Ranges & Cooktops
  • Dishwashers
  • Washers & Dryers
  • Hood Fans

All services are limited to the scope agreed upon at the time of booking or inspection.

Estimates & Pricing

  • Estimates are based on initial information and may change after a full inspection.
  • A diagnostic fee will apply and will be communicated prior to service.
  • Any additional repairs, parts, or labor will be clearly explained and approved before work continues.

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept: Debit, Credit, E-Transfer, Cheque, and Cash.
  • Failure to make payment may result in additional fees or collection action where permitted by law.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Warranty

90-Day warranty on labor.
Parts are covered by manufacturer warranties where applicable.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Misuse or neglect
  • Unauthorized repairs
  • Issues unrelated to the original service

Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing issues or damage.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from appliance failure or service delays.
  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service provided, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about appliance issues.
  • Ensure safe and clear access to the appliance.
  • Secure pets and maintain a safe working environment for technicians.

Failure to meet these conditions may result in delays or cancellation of service.

Scheduling & Appointments

  • Appointment times are provided as estimated windows, not exact times.
  • Delays may occur due to traffic, prior service calls, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any changes.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
